My path to this work began in early motherhood.
I was raising two young children with very little support, while quietly managing anxiety and an autoimmune condition that had been part of my life for years.
The strategies that had once helped me cope—pushing through, staying strong, and holding everything together—were no longer working.
On the outside, I appeared capable and high-functioning.
But internally, I was exhausted.

A Registered Psychotherapist and founder of IASO Integrative Therapy.
My work brings together neuroscience, somatic therapy, and a deep curiosity about what it truly takes to come home to yourself. But the work I offer is also work I've lived — IASO was born from a season of my own life when I needed exactly this kind of space.
Outside of sessions you'll find me on a riverbank or forest trail, or curled up at home with a good book and a warm cup of tea. I'm a mother to two wonderful humans, and we share our home with a small collection of rescued animals that somehow keeps growing.
I'm drawn to slow mornings, deep conversations, and the kind of quiet that lets things settle. That same quality of presence I try to bring into the therapy room.
