By practicing self-compassion and breaking through maladaptive thoughts and behaviours, you can navigate this time with greater ease, more hopefulness and love.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

My services are covered by most insurance companies and insurance plans. At the end of each appointment, you will receive a receipt from a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) for the psychotherapy services provided. Please know that insurance companies generally only cover a portion of the cost of psychotherapy (typically about 80% of the costs). It is important for you to contact your insurance company to verify the type and amount of coverage. Psychotherapy and counselling services are not covered by OHIP.
